Before I ordered I read the comments from other people about your customer service but wasn't sure if they were made up comments or not (sorry but you never know) However after receiving my camera exactly 24 hours after I paid for it I know they were all honest and true comments.
Your website is extremly easy to use, very informative and extremly competitive price wise, but best of all the dispatch time was the best I have ever had.

Thank you very much for such excellent service. Yesterday morning I emailed to enquire about availability of the camera and lens I wanted. Your reply, at 11.33 a.m., told me the camera was in stock but the lens was expected back in stock anytime so I placed my order. I then received another email at 1.35 p.m. to inform me that the order had been processed and was on its way. At 4.30 this afternoon the parcel was delivered to me in Scotland. Based on this experience I would certainly use BestCameras for future purchases.

I was extremely surprised at how quickly the item arrived - the next day! Your prices are extremely good - best price I saw for the camera I wanted. It was bought as an upgrade for my son's 21st birthday he has had a Panasonic for a few years and uses it constantly. He is very impressed with the new features and quality of this camera. I would use your firm again as the service,price and advice was excellent and the extra item I required was put to one side as it was the only one left so that my order came with it rather than having to wait.The camera is excellent though the bag is a tight fit when trying to get the strap in as well.Thank you for providing old fashioned service

I will definately be recomending your camera website... the online ordering was perfect. It was quick and email confirmations were sent. Also email confirming item being sent too... excellent. I am also very very impressed with the price and free case and tripod memory card and delivery. Item arrives super fast. I am so impressed. The only thing that could make things better it your website in terms of layout and design.. I hope I don't come accross as too harsh but I used to be a web designer!!. The only other improvements I think you could make is to display stock levels of items.

I am just writing to say how pleased I am with the goods - all of which are excellent.

The only minor niggle was that City Link tried to deliver twice but I was not at home so the goods were taken back to the depot and I had to go and pick them up on Saturday morning. But the people at City Link were very helpful, friendly and efficient - so I can't really fault them - it was just a bit inconvenient that's all.
