Hi! I could not see how to leave a comment on your excellent service so have emailed you and ask you it you could please post this for me. I recently purchased the Pentax KX Twin Lens Kit and I could not be any happier with the service and the prices from this company. I spent a lot of time researching for the best DSLR for me and this was the one, and I found bestcameras.co.uk by chance and am very pleased I did. Questions asked beforehand were answered in a helpful and polite manner, the price was better than any others I could find, and all the extras that came with the camera are of excellent quality and add up to huge savings - such a great deal. Delivery was free and arrived at about five minutes after noon, making this purchase even more of a bargain. A couple of freebies were missing, one phonecall and they were sent to me straight away. The camera itself is fantastic, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for your fabulous service and products.

Service levels from Bestcameras could not have been better. The price was very competitive & I don't think I could have got a better deal anywhere, especially as the extra memory card that I needed would have cost alot more elsewhere. In reply to your recent e-mail informing me that my Fuji camera had been despatched, I would like to say what a wonderful Internet service you provide. I found your website through Google when looking for prices for the Fuji F70 and found it to be the cheapest in respect of the 3 year warranty plus the bag and tripod. The cheapest was slightly lower but did not offer the extra warranty and accessories. I found the website easy to use with a good selection of products, but I was really only interested in the Fuji model purchased. I would also like to say how impressed I was with the speed of delivery - ordered 5pm Saturday and arrived lunchtime Tuesday. I will certainly use your website in the future and will recommend to others. Once again, thank you.

I found the service to be top classs. I phoned up and was helped by a polite & friendly member of sales staff who informed me that my Fuji F70 was in stock, would be despatched that day and should arrive after the weekend....and indeed that was the case. The pricing was very competitive (I only found 2 cheaper, but without case + tripod - and I found bad reviews of the relevant companies) and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any further item from yourselves. Very helpful and an honest response of colour availability from manufacturer due to severe weather conditions. This was in comparison to other websites on stock availability who offered rather vague responses. I reckon the most competitive package price available for my red Luminix G1 including free delivery

Ordering items for Christmas a few days before is always risky; will the items be in stock and will they be delivered on time? With Best Cameras I need not have worried. When I placed my order, within a couple of hours there was an email response telling me that the items were out of stock. However a call to Best Cameras reassured me that the items would be back in stock on the following Monday, 21 December, and they would be immediately despatched. They were and they arrived on 22nd. Well done!

Hi, You really deserve the marks above from me because my camera purchase was excellent, I could not have had a better service than yours. The camera cost was only £9 more than one of your competitors but, theirs was not UK stock so no accessories which are valued at £49.
A 3 year guarantee, camera case and a table tripod all made the purchase the best on the web. I can not thank enough for the great service, you answered the telephone very quickly. The delivery was very fast indeed. The web site was very good to navigate and place order.
I've purchased a few camera's and camcorders and had some bad experiences from some, never again it's "Bestcameras from now on.

I found Best Cameras web site easy to find my way around, and when I rang the staff were very helpful. A message alerted me that the camera was out of stock, with options of what to do. The camera still came within a week in the height of the bad snow weather. Very impressed, and love my new camera!

Thank you for the receipt of my new FZ38 that arrived today. Brand new untouched by human hands and, I am sure, in perfect working order. I am currently charging the battery and look forward to learning all about it's special features.
The reason for this e-mail is to give praise, all too often people complain about shoddy service from suppliers but so rarely give praise where it is due. Your questionaire is a lil less than straightforward but take it as read that all my answers would be 5. Hannah was always helpful on the phone and called me back to get my credit card number so she could refund the £10 that the camera has recently come down by.
