Was a bit worried seeing the outer box squashed, but because internally was so well protected with air bubble balloons, there was no damage to the product. It was a very fast delivery, being the day after I ordered the camera.

I would not hesitate in recommending Bestcameras. The prices were very competitive with several extras free and the service first class. I ordered by camera around noon and it was delivered around the same time the next day. This included receiving three emails saying order received, order processed and order despatched with a link to tracking the order.

The camera was out of stock when I ordered it, as it was a new model on the market and hadden't yet arrived in the country, but as soon as it did I was contacted and I recieved my goods two working days later as promised. Excellent service, I was kept informed about delivery from Canon. It was a pity that Canon didn't deliver the colour I wanted in time for my 35th wedding aniversery (coral - hense pink), but it was only a few days late.

I ordered the Nikon S3000. Unfortunately the colour i wanted was out of stock though a delivery was expected in a few days, though not guaranteed. Through emails with Hannah (very helpful) I was offered a different colour and this was sent out on a Monday and I received it the next day. I am very happy with the service I have received. The price of the camera is very competitive especially given the free 'bundle' it comes with. Would recommend.

A very good website, easy to find your way around and the prices are very competitive compared to other websites offering similar goods. Although Amazon were offering the JVC Everio at £199.99 there was no case, no tripod and no extra battery being offered, therefore the price being offered by Bestcameras of £219.73 was extremely competitive as it would have cost much more than £20 to purchase these extra items and FREE delivery by courier and an extra years guarantee! I ordered the camcorder over the weekend and this was delivered by courier by Tuesday lunchtime, very well packaged. The email communication from Bestcameras was also excellent, keeping me informed from the moment the purchase was completed right up to informing me that the camcorder was on its way. I would certainly recommend Bestcameras for service & value for money and will definitely use again.

I recently purchased the Pentax KX Twin Lens Kit and I could not be any happier with the service and the prices from this company. I spent a lot of time researching for the best DSLR for me and this was the one, and I found bestcameras.co.uk by chance and am very pleased I did. Questions asked beforehand were answered in a helpful and polite manner, the price was better than any others I could find, and all the extras that came with the camera are of excellent quality and add up to huge savings - such a great deal. Delivery was free and arrived at about five minutes after noon, making this purchase even more of a bargain. A couple of freebies were missing, one phonecall and they were sent to me straight away.
