I was looking for a small easy to use digital camera (already have SLR digital camera) and found a website for reviews etc (www.cameras.co.uk) which was full of useful info for a non technical person like me - they had a link to your site. My first port of call was Amazon, but they couldn't compete with you! Well done for excellent service and carrying out your promises - free next day delivery!

The only minor niggle was that City Link tried to deliver twice but I was not at home so the goods were taken back to the depot and I had to go and pick them up on Saturday morning. But the people at City Link were very helpful, friendly and efficient - so I can't really fault them - it was just a bit inconvenient that's all.

After ordering a camcorder from another internet company and the delivery date being changed 7 times only to finally advise they could not obtain product I did a search for another company and came up with best cameras.
After ordering was disappointed to get e-mail to say not in stock but following day was in stock and received day after that. Great service and no one else offers 2 year guarantee. Glad other company could not come up with goods!
